You are not allowed to do weight watchers while you are pregnant. It is against the rules.

Nursing moms get 15 extra points, so start there after you deliver. In the mean time just eat healthy. Look at the "Core" foods from WW if you want, that may help.

I hope you have a good pregenancy!

Why do you want to diet while pregnant? The goal here is to gain weight for the health and nutrition for your child. I am also pregnant. I stepped on the scale earlier this week (wearing a blouse, jeans and socks) and was disappioned to see 164. Pre-pregnancy, I would have been pleased with that. (I'm six feet tall, so it would have been a decent weight.) However, with the baby, I was concerned. While I will continue to eat healthy, I will concentrate on gaining or maintaining my weight. (Ironically, about a week before I found out about my pregnancy, the scale said 170 and I was a little bummed, realizing I had had maybe eaten too much at the dinners and parties I attended in December.)

I hope the Weight Watchers person with whom you are working discourages you from "dieting" and perhaps turn you away until after the pregnancy or when you're doing breast feeding. What you eat, the baby eats. (Something about which I felt guilty yesterday at a lunch at church and a dinner when I got dessert happy. I figured the fat was good, at least.)

I hope I've been of some help.
