Egg can pick up microbes. it must be refrigerated & covered once cold, & if reheated to >80'C - & let stand hot .so as to kill the microbes. (>90'C will set the egg).
Now you need an ant-acid & a purger. Bicarb will do as an ant-acid if you have nothing better, & purger, Epsom salts 1 heaped (if you have a sensitive stomach take 1/2 ) teaspoon will clear you out & help to ensure you have enough Mg in your system to fight the residue of the toxins.

I've never heard of mashed potato with egg in it. But its probably the egg that is upsetting your stomach. Try something like Pepto Bismol (you know the pink stuff).
Or you could try some camomille tea it helps soothe stomach aches.

For a quick lunch, I put leftover, cold mashed potato in micro safe bowl, make well in centre of potato, break in whole egg, pierce yolk several times, cover with plastic micro-dome, and micro on high for one minute at a time, check until egg is cooked to your liking. After cooked, mix egg with potato, add Heinz Tomato Sauce, HP; or your choice. Maybe for extra fibre some Heinz Baked Beans. Enjoy. If you mix raw egg with mashed potato, it should be further baked in oven until slightly browned and crisp, in dish, or piped on baking tray from piping bag with large nozzle, then it becomes Duchesse Potato. Enjoy.

Eggs are dodgy reheated. Get some settlers tums, & a hot water bottle on your tummy. Try to sleep, you should feel better afterwards. If not get a doctor tocheck you out to be on the safe side. xxx

Doubtful it has anything to do with the mash. Any type of food poisonint takes at least 12 hours to appear.
Did you stuff yourself? Your probably bloated. Either that or its yesterdays portion with the eggs workin!
