Okay, this guy that I've been seeing all of a Sudden comes out and Say..."Nothing's going to come out of it anyway" and I Guess between Us, Right....So what does he mean By that?? Advice/ Answers Plz!

It means - from a guy's standpoint - that he has no faith in the relationship.
He doesn't see longevity, so he has a negative outlook on every aspect of the relationship.
He's biding his time for now.
