Take her to the hospital. You can have a heart attack for days, usually with women, you have chest pain under the breast. It's better safe than sorry.

what does her cea level have to do with a heart attack. cea is used in measuring progression of cancer. anyway if your sister has a family history of heart disease, or if she is diabetic, has high cholesterol, obese, smoker, post menopausal, hypertension, then she has multiple risk factors for coronary heart disease. i recommend that she goes to see a doctor or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. she might be having a heart attack.

CALL AN AMBULANCE AND GET HER TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. Insurance pays for the ambulance and gets there faster.
Women's heart attacks are not as dramatic as Mens. BUT THEY ARE SERIOUS. She could be in the process of serious heart damage.
