My friend has gastritis (thats a stomach problem that cause you to pass out, get into a coma, throw up and sever headachs) shes not suppose be in heat for to long and when she went to the recruiter the recruiter told her not to say anything. Now shes going to leave in 2 months and her gastritis is acting up again but she still wants to go. What would happen if the gastritis starts acting up in the air force basic training?

Gastritis is not necessarily all that serious. If she is having the problems you describe, coma, head aches etc., it is not because of gastritis. If she get really sick during her training, and it is due to a chronic illness then I suspect she would be given a medical discharge

Gastritis is an inflammation of the gastric lining of the stomach. I've never known it to cause anyone to go into a coma, pass out, or even come close to being fatal. She evidently has another disease process, or has exaggerated about gastritis. Since she knows all these things, and enlisted anyway, then she should try to work things out with the Air Force before bootcamp.
