She will have puppies who can play the banjo-if there is any genetic abnormality in any parent then the pups are TWICE as likely to be affected-your vet can terminate an unwanted litter-I would suggest you spray/neuter your pets!!

If the mating has only just taken place then you can take her to the vet for a jab to terminate the pregnancy. If she is already several weeks into the pregnancy then I suggest all the various options with the vet. However, I would recommend getting the male dogs in your household castrated as soon as possible.

The only way to abort a litter is by having her spayed.

Spaying would be good because not only will you not have to worry about pregnancies, it also reduces the risk of certain cancers.

If you don't want to have her spayed, the you will just have to wait out the pregnancy. You may not like the fact that she is pregnant by her offspring, but the puppies will not come out severely deformed. It takes generations of inbreeding to cause this.

There are other ways to get rid of puppies other than spaying the dog. Your vet can give them injections that make them abort the litter. I would reccomend spaying the dog though. There are too many unwanted dogs and you don't need to add to the problem if you don't want the dogs.

No, they do no longer. They pass into the Estrus cycle, also observed as being in warmth or in season. at the same time as there's a discharge at the same time as they're in season, it really is nevertheless no longer an similar as a human having her era. at the same time as a lady has her era, she's menstruating, which means that she did not conceive. at the same time as a b*tch is going into Estrus/warmth/Season, it means that she will be in a position to conceive. B*tches frequently come into warmth for the first time each and anytime round 6 months previous or older, and are in warmth for approx. 21 days/3 weeks. After the onset of the first warmth, it frequently takes position approx. each 6 months until eventually both spayed or useless. Spaying receives rid of the reproductive organs, so hence they gained't pass into warmth.

please don't listen to any if the first nine answers i read. i just can't believe what I'm reading. the only reason not to breed this way is if BOTH dogs carry dominate genes of a bad trait, like hip or knee problems, or yes, worse things, than they WILL pass theses traits to their offspring. if dogs ,( one or both again )have recessive genes than there's a CHANCE to pass traits on. this is why you've always been told not to do it. which is true. but now that the deed is done and BOTH of your dogs are healthy, you should be find. bottom line, healthy mommies and daddies make great puppies. RELAX AND ENJOY.

Why are you allowing this to happen in the first place? Obvioulsy you aren't responsible enough to be breeding dogs, so they should all be spayed/neutered. You can cause the pups to be born with severe defects, especially if there are any genetic disorders in the dams line. Take your dog to the vet, and get her spayed please.

I am seriously against abortion of any kind. DO NOT ABORT THE PUPPIES! That is a tad strange for a mother to get pregnant by her offspring but w/e. My suggestion is to wait the pregnancy out. This will not harm the dog itself at all. The puppies MAY be deformed but only slightly. If you don't like the puppies that are born give them up for adoption. I know someone with a good heart would want to adopt them. So please take my advice, do not abort. This is a common issue and just let the poor puppies be born! there is a 1/1000 chance that they will be deformed. And even if they are give them away! Good Luck to you in your decision!
