I am 32 and my husband is 28 (he will be 29 soon) and we have a 5 year old son and 1 month old daughter, both of my children had to be delievered via c-section. My question is I would never consider becoming pregnant again until she is at least 2, which would make me 34 years old is that to old for me to be having another child?

They call 35+ being older for having a baby due to a higher risk of having a baby (downs, etc..) but look Julia ROberts pregnant at 39... I say go for it just be aware and be prepared as you would for any pregnancy

I don't think that its necissarily too old. But once you start getting into the higher numbers you do kind of stand back and start evaluating how old you will be when the children are doing certain things. Are you okay with being 54-59 and paying a college tuition? Personally I don't think its too big an issue at 34, my mom had her last at 33.

no it would not. I am 21 and my fiance is 35 and he has a 5 yr old and now our 6 month and he wants one more. So the answer to your question is no 34 would not be too old to have another child.

Wrong, no. It is your body and up for you to decide what you want to do. I was 34 when I got pregnant for the first time and although my doctor was concerned about my age, my son is a perfectly healthy 16 month old.

I dont think so, They say that 35 is the average age to quit concieving, just because after that age its possible to be high risk. I would say if your healthy, and all is well...go for it. I heard of a 98 year old woman delivering triplets before...crazy huh...and they were all healthy!!!
