Well, first of all, do you think my weight is alright? I'm very small boned, asian, 5'1", and currently 103 pounds. I barely fit into a size 3 jeans though. And i'm 16.
Also, I am going on a cruise and since my parents will be there the whole time, I'm going to have to eat around 2000 calories a day for 2 weeks since it's a buffet italian...and my parents will make me eat pizza, pasta etc...please don't say that I can decide to not eat them, because i can't.. i have to eat alot when they're around and i'm not anorexic. i eat around 1300 calories a day to maintain my weight. I'm not active and do not have a fast metabolism. So, approximately how much weight will I gain with eating 2000 calories/day for 2 weeks, with some walking. And is weight gain instant or does it take like a few weeks? I think 103 is a good weight for me, but my parents think i'm emaciated because they're used to chunkiness.

You shouldn't really be gaining any weight at all. I mean, the average person needs about 2000 calories a day (give or take). If you're really worried about it, just exercise more, or take small portions.
and by the way: weight gain takes time. you need an excess 3500 calories to gain a pound. and i highly doubt you'll consume that fast enough for it to be noticeable quickly.

To be 5'1 and 103 pounds is actually healthy and you are young. I doubt that you are going to gain a considerable amount of weight in those two weeks. Just drink plenty of water and continue to walk. You are far from overweigt so don't worry.

good fattening mixtures are cheese sandwiches, meat sandwiches, poultry sandwiches, fish sandwiches, egg sandwiches and peanut butter sandwiches. Meat and potatoes, pasta and cheese and pasta and meat are extra good fattening mixtures.
