Go under the radar. Never use credit for anything. Cash only for the rest of your life.

If the info is not from you, then you need to report it immediately. Chances are someone is using your identity to spend money and if you don't do something about it it will just get worse. Legally everyone is entitiled to one free credit report a year. Go to www.annualcreditreport.com. They will give you info on all 3 credit reporting agencies and will tell you how to dispute anything that you think is incorrect.

as long as you HAVE credit, they WILL collect & report it, unless you do as lisa suggests & go cash only. You cant decide you dont want to play the game just because you dont like the rules any more. Now, it is not your info, that is another story. You need to dispute it & if its not you, they will remove it.

You give businesses the OK to report your information everytime you sign up for a credit card, or take out a loan, etc.

Read the fine print...

tell them that you are coming in to pay them what ever you owe them or you could tell them that some things have come up and you are having trouble paying every thing off right away and ask them to give you somwe time to pay it all off

you need to call them and tell them it isn't you...also, you need to check to see if your idenity has been stolen.
