Why would it matter unless your cousin would need your blood type for an emergence. All this proves that they are related and have the same type of blood. If you check with the doctor he will answerer you question on this subject. Their are a lot of people with the same blood type, but in some cases the blood will not match person. You can go to the Public Library and read up on this subject.

Blood type has nothing to do with how closely you are related. Blood type is simply what "flavor" blood your body runs on - like filling up a car with diesel or gasoline.
You're confusing blood type with DNA, the building blocks of your blood and genetic structure. People in the same family often have the same blood type, just as they often have the same hair or eye color, because of their DNA.
You are more closely related (by blood) to your half sister than to your cousin; you share half your pool of DNA with your sister since you share a parent, whereas your cousin inherited half of their DNA from your aunt, who in turn only shares half her DNA with your father.
However, this pool of DNA can be mixed up and stitched together in endless patterns, which is why siblings end up so different.
Ask your biology teacher to explain it... it will make more sense when you take the class.

Regarding blood type: It makes sense to me that your cousin would more likely have a type similar to you for the simple fact that you both share grandparents and blood types are inherited.

As for your half sister..you and her only share one biological parent. Her blood type would be determined by her mother's type and your father's.

DNA is a completely different matter.
