I have been with my girlfriend for almost 2 years. I notice recently I am not interested in having sex with her anymore. We used to have sex a few times a day but now maybe a couple times a month.
I realize that's not the way to go and I want to get a new girlfriend. What is the best way to dump my current girlfriend?

Tell her that it's not her, that it's you. Let her know that she deserves better and you just don't feel like you are good enough for her. This way at least you're telling the truth since you are dumping her because the sex is not good. You'll be doing her a favor.

Be honest with her....but I must ask if you ever was in love with her? All you mention is not being interested in sex with her anymore......and realize not the way to go and you want a new girlfriend.......do you plan on falling in love first? Just sex.......?

well first you need to make sure that u r totally over this girl and then tell her in person that you dont think shes the right one for you tell her that you enjoyed what you had but its time for bith of u to move on. But dont just ditch her if u guys hav been together for 2 yrs its gonna be hard for both of you to just stop talking so stay close be a friend and be there for her. GOOD LUCK I HOPE IT GOES WELL

just tell her that you are no longer interested, and remember this for the future. it is well known that the 2 year mark is the magic number, after 2 years you will lose interest in a woman IF you were not interested in her as a person to begin with. And you have admitted that you were pretty much just interested in sex, so, just tell her. we cannot help that we men are wired like this.

People are not like things to discard when you get "tired" of them. You sound as if she is something that should just be tossed away when you are done with it.
Perhaps she is the one who should be "not interested anymore" as you seem to be totally into what's good for you and not what's good for her. How about trying to be more interested in improving your relationship by hard work, sacrifice, thinking of others and not being so into yourself?
Give it a chance and work at it. By working at it, it will become more valuable to you. The best things in life are worked for, are strived for, are sacrificed for. It gives them more value.

Jerk. So you only went out with her for sex? And now you don't like it anymore and want to have sex with someone else? Don't you think you'll get tired of them and want to go with someone else again? And so on. You're a sicko. Just tell her "being the jerk I am, I'm going to dump you because I want to have sex with someone else, but hey look on the bright side, you don't have to deal with jerks like me anymore".

Seriously though, just make it short and sweet - all my breakups I've tended to drag on a little, but its best if you do like a band-aid and rip it right-off. Having said that tho, drop hints before you do the big deed so she has a bit of an idea its coming. Once its done though, reduce contact to near-zero.

For the time being. If you eventually quit with her. Don't go getting another "GIRL FRIEND". Just go to night clubs get a whore, lay her and quit the next day. You will keep on breaking the heart of innocent girls. That's bad

You are asking this because you are realizing that it is hard to do. So, knowing that there is no easy way to do it, you have to just tell her you want to break up and see other people. There is no best way, every way is hard, you just have to spit it out and get it over with.

i would suggest publicly...completely and utterly destroying her....make it like a show...a clown would be good...making a balloon sentence of f*** off....along with a band....playing an on point cover of weird al's "i'm fat" but change it to "you're fat" as you grab every girl that walks by and start making out with them...i think that would do it
