yes I'm ashamed to say, but it was good at the time so sod it, you shouldn't regret the things you do but regret the things you dont do.

Yes!!!! My regret was extreme too, very extreme! I was dating this man for a year and a half and we both had agreed on a 3-some with one of my closest friends. Well it turned out horrible. I was full of jealousy ( even though I agreed). I gave up him and my close friend. Year later all I can say to then wherever they all Rott in He!l. (as you can tell Iam full of hatred towards them)

Yes, it haunts me all of the time too. The regret was immediate and there is nothing you can do to take back that moment. Leaves you feeling YUKKKKY all over.

Yes I have. It happened before I got to know the person properly and I didn't really want it (I realised afterwards). It was like I did it in the moment and then I got quite upset when I realised what I had done.
Thing is, like they say, what's done is done, and as much as I knwo it shouldn't of happened, I just avoid the subject with the person and act like it never happened.

Mine was to the HUGE extreme. Only once and it should have never happened. Never take ecstacy and then borrow the motto "Don't think, just do" for the night.
