I just love any cheese, just bring it.
I gave cheese up for lent so it sux right now.
But what I love to eat is Rosarita's Black Beans, saute w/a lil' olive oil, a lil' lemon pepper and a lil' chili flakes oh and I mash them a lil' more so they are kind of creamy. Then put it in the microwave with a layer of Jack cheese on it and let it get a lil' crispy on the sides...Yum-oh. Great as a dip...and has a comfort food thing to it.

Toasted, yes. Burnt...not so much.
A long time ago when I worked in food service, a friend would fry cheese on the grill. It's like crackers.

The crispy browned cheese on top of pizzas is good...
On leftover pizza, I usually eat the crispy cheese bits off the top... which bugs my gf when she sees the pizza missing patches of cheese... lol.

If you mean burnt as blackened, then NO. Too bitter for me.
