We each create our own experiences with our attitudes.
Consider the old slide projectors:
The light behind the slide is the life force (neutral)
What is projected on the viewing screen is our life experiences, or the events in our lives.
We have control over which slide we insert in the machine. What someone might consider a bad life event, could be considered and opportunity by someone else...all by adjusting the attitude or picture that projects on life's screen of reality.

I create my own world, am responsible for my own actions, words, and deeds, expect nothing from anyone, and claim my own mistakes as learning tools.
I experience the outside world as a mixture of beauty and human greed. Others create their own worlds.
I do not believe in a superior being or deity who may or may not have created the physical world.

No one... No "who" For me... the cosmos has always existed and will continue to do so. It will change in form in the same way it infinitely has, but will always *be* in some way. We are just a speck...
Edit: On a smaller scale... we each have a strong hand in creating the world we personally live in with our perceptions and interpretations of events and people.

I don't think there's a 'who'. It just is.
