1. Fettuccine spinach - it is called spinach fettuccine and is found on the same aisle as other pasta products..it is a dried wide noodle pasta mixed with spinach and is green instead of white.
2. Julienned, in this instance, just means sliced really, really thin.....
3. Dried red pepper flakes are found on the spice aisle. It is nothing more than crushed, hot, red peppers....they will add a great zing to your dish.

I think the first couple of people answered your questions, but honey, you can substitute regular fettuccine if you wish. Best way to julienne your peppers is to cut in half length-wise, seed, and carefully with a chef knife slice slender strips. Again, if you don't have all three colors of peppers, use what you have, The difference basically will be how the dish looks. The various peppers do have slightly different taste as does the spinach pasta, but you can still have a delicious dish using regular pasta and plain green peppers. If you don't have the red pepper flakes, add some hot sauce for the kick, but be careful, a little goes a long way.

spinach fettucine is a pasta, not a vegetable. Go to the supermaeket, the box of green fettucine is made with spinach, hence the name spinach fettucine.
Julienne is a fancy way to say thinly sliced. Cut your peppers into small, thin slices.
And dried red pepper flakes are going to be in the dried herbs & spices section. You may have already seen them in shakers on the table at a pizza place. They're just hot red chili peppers that have been dehydrated and cut into bits (seeds and all - they make it hotter).

Spinach Fettuccine is pasta, its the green one!! You know sometimes you see red white and green pasta, well the green one is made with spinach, thats why its green!
Julienne is a way of cutting the vegetables, so that they are very thin strips
Don't know about the dried red pepper flakes sorry

Julienned means to chop up the vegetable in thin matchstick like sizes.
Dried red pepper flakes are those spicy things you put on top of the pizza (red in color). You can find this in the spice aisle of the super market.

It's the green fettuccine rather than the plain stuff. Julienned vegetables are vegetables cut into short thin batons with beveled (sloped) ends. i.e. the end of each baton should look like a tiny wedge.

spinach fettucine is a type of pasta made primarily from spinach instead of wheat, you can buy it in most supermarkets. julienne peppers are basically peppers cut very finely, dried pepper flakes again you should be able to get them at a supermarket in the herbs section.
