just handed in my 14day letter and got abuse from 2 cashiers they were so nasty at nationwide

the threat is there, but dont worry go to the website penaltycharges.co.uk, has letters all ready for the banks including a closure of account letter.
im determind to get back whats rightfuly mine from nationwide

i have been told by a friend that if u complain about their charges
they close your account.

do u know if this is true???
because credit record is very important if u want to get anything like mortgage etc

and if they close your acc. then how can people have good credit record..
whats the way around this?

Im thinking about it tsb have charged me no end for going pennys overdrawn.i know it dont cost um 30quid for a computer to send a letter.

have done it - applied for £862 from First Direct got £998, they told me I had calculated wrong!!
