The web site that Sam S recommended is excellent. Also, when you are booking reservations at one of the Disney resort hotels
you can get a meal plan added to it. It is less expensive if you
want to sample some of the more expensive restaurants. Just ask the reservations people about it. I also tell people that you
can bring snacky stuff and empty water bottles with you in a back pack. My favorite restaurants at Disney are the Crystal Palace (Magic Kingdom), The Biergarten (Epcot) , Garden Grill (Epcot), Sunshine Seasons (Epcot), The Brown Derby (MGM Studios), 50's Prime Time Cafe ( MGM Studios). Also, can be less expensive to eat breakfast at the food court at your hotel/resort. Some of the restaurants at the different resorts are
very nice. Ohana's at the Polynesian has a great Sunday brunch.
Have a great time!

I've never had breakfast at Disney World so I cant help you there. Lunch in the parks will run about $10 to $12 for each adult and $7 to $10 for kids. More for deserts. An afternoon snack such as popcorn would be about $4 plus a drink $3. As for dinner, that can greatly vary as there are plenty of options in each themepark along with the restaurants at the hotels or other area restaurants such as in Dowtown Disney. I would say anywhere between $15 to $40 an entree for dinner. Hope this helped!

If you are heading for disney for more then a few days you will find the food quite samey! We stayed at the Grand Floridian for two weeks, thinking as it was on the monorail we would save money by nor hiring a car. By the end of the first week we were feeling like POD's (prisoners of disney) hired a car and escaped!! It is hard to get healthy snacks on site - there are a few outlets but few and far between and the queue was always so long. Hint to disney - put more such outlets in!
have fun, it is a dream place for adults and kids alike.

Everybody has there own opinion of what is expensive-however most Americans say it is overpriced,we Brits though find it surprisingly reasonable based on U.K prices!! So if you're from the U.K expect to pay pretty much the same as you would at any theme park here!!

It's hard to answer that, because everyone has different preferences. This website has menus and prices for many of the restaurants at Disney World:
