The sensible answer is don't do it, your skin will get baggy, it will put strain on your heart you will feel like death.

The honest answer is if you cut out all sugar, like you do on the Candida diet then you will lose 10kg in one month. I've done it. But as soon as you go back to normal you will bloat up immediately.

You CANNOT lose 10kg in a month and keep it off. It's impossible. The steps you have to take to dramatically lose weight mean that unless you stay on the drastic diet, when you eat normal food your body will suck up the fat as soon as you put it in your mouth.

you wont/ if u go for big goals like that you will end up quiting and feeling unsatisfied with your self/ go for smaller goals at once so that you are satisfied about how you completed your task/ your never gonna loose 10 kg IN A MONTH following a healthy diet .
just eat healtheir/ do some cardio 3-5 times a week. lift light weight 1-2 times a week to build muscle so more fat doesnt build up easily
with this you will be able to loose at least 5-8 lbs per week

Cut off one forearm and your head. Weight doesn't come off that fast, even with a starvation diet. Dehydration will give you the first few kg, but then you have to burn almost 8000 more calories plus what you consume for each kg of fat. So figure burning 64,000 calories plus what you consume plus using diuretics to get the water weight off to reach your goal. A treadmill burns 400-600 calories an hour. When I lived in Indonesia the diet change, heat and humidity resulted in a 10 kg weight loss over 2 years.

eat only greens. Base your diet in green apple, celery, cucumber and green pepper. all day long for the first 2 weeks. afterwards, start incrementing chicken or tuna or fish, very light, very small portions. lots lots lots of water and liquids with no sugar, cero cero cero sugar pls!!
exercise, but not a lot because you are not going to have enought protein or carbs in your body. you are going to make it dont worry!! it is hard but for that month you are going to be able to do it! Good Luck!! and stay focus!!

by cutting your legs off, and if that duzent work then kut your arms off.

ps:with this part im not joking, dont skip meals and dont take drugs, do a serch on the internet on herbs.
