I had a guy friend who I thought was a secret pal just by his actions towards me which were different from other people. It could have been anybody but he stood out. He knew I was by myself raising my daughter. And, he did not know me for very long. I just wandered why someone would do that for me.

Ok your question isn't very clear but if you are thinking he might be interested in you because he did something kind for you, back up. He might like you but let him pursue it because if he is not interested and you bring it up then your friendship is now awkward and maybe nil. So if he likes you he will approach you he me just need more time to get to know you and your child OR he might just be a really nice guy so just appreciate the situation for what it is right now.
