Come on, now! It's Lord Vader...get it right! I'd say he's neither a hero or a zero - he was a villian, and a badass one at that!

What about Lord Darth Bader? You know what his students call him, right?

Sam is unquestionably *a* hero of the trilogy yet he's not *the* hero because he's an incomplete personality. Samwise and Gollum both characterize both halves of Frodo's personality without both of which Frodo will be unable to finish his quest. and do not forget that, interior the top, it became absolutely Gollum who kept center Earth. Frodo, on the crack of Mount Doom, refused to throw the ring into the fireplace, claiming the ring for himself, and it became Gollum, by his greed, who bit the ring from Frodo's hand and fell with it into the volcano at the same time as Sam stood helplessly by, unable to act. So, i assume, if absolutely everyone is the genuine hero of the books, it would must be Gollum :)

He was a zero, he let the emperor palpatine start to control him and he had no real power in the empire unless it was what palpatine wanted. He used to be a hero but not any more.

It's spelled V-a-d-E-r, and please learn to capitalize proper names. Darth Vader will smite you for that.
