ok here is the story. There's a coworker of mine. We've known each other for over 7 months now. He flirts with me all the time. I like him but I don't think I'm "his type". He stares at me all the time and he is always trying to talk to me. Also when I don't talk to him or do it in a bad way he reacts in a way that makes me think He likes me. So I don't know what to think, also he has a girlfriend. Need advice... ASAP

If you are flirting with this guy, you are sending signals that you are interested, even on a joking level. So first you flirt and talk friendly with this guy, then you brush him off, because you are not interested. He may not understand this.

It is better to show that he likes you and you guys flirt and nothing happens than he shows he doesn't like you and have problems at work all the time...true??

Well, you can't do anything about it now, b/c he has a girlfriend. Play it out, develop the friendship, and go from there. If you're meant to be, it'll happen.

Guys with girlfriends... STAY AWAY! Even if he is flirting... ONLY FLIRT. Never become interested... If he cheated on his girlfriend with you... whats to say he wouldnt cheat on you with someone else someday?
