I understand that there are some "topless beaches" on the south coast of england.

There used a "topless beach" near Irvine in Ayrshire. But so little use was made of it, that it was abandoned (perhaps due to the increase in cases of pneumonia, hyperthermia and exposure!)

I think it depends on what beach you are at, but to be honest - it's not that warm in Britain!!
