My friend is in Army posted at Teunsang, the mobile network over there is down most of the time ! I am unable to contact him for past so many days ! Me & his family members are very worried ! Pls help.

I don't know any numbers for this post, but the best thing you can do if you are worried is to go through the Red Cross. If you send a Red Cross message, his command is forced to respond within a certain amount of time. I got a message because my wife was having labor pains and my family couldn't find me. My command got the message, got me, and put me on the phone with her.
That's your best bet at getting in touch with him.

If your that worried I believe you can contact the Red Cross for help. The last thing you want to do is call your friend's CO that's all he needs is to get a butt chewing. Keep in mind he may just be busy. I have been in situations where I didn't get a chance to call home for weeks.
