The protein is probably nothing to worry about. Some people have proteinuria in the mornings, or after sitting still for a while, or it may be related to the white cells. The lab will check what kind of protein it is, just to make sure.
But white cells in the urine means an infection or inflammation. Either in the bladder or the kidneys. Did the doctor prescribe some antibiotics or an anti-inflammatory? If so, take them all as directed, and it will clear right up. Drink plenty of water, and try to cut down on your sugar intake for a few days.
You can get infections or inflammation of the bladder or kidneys from bacteria (sometimes your own normal intestinal or vaginal flora) from a virus, or even from injury. It's not terribly serious, and it happens to a lot of people at some point in their lives.

Frequent urination is a major sign of a UTI or other problems. You may have a UTI with only frequent urination as you symptom. Your doc will advise you what is wrong. Also you mentioned not taking vitamins and you should consider taking a daily vitamin that is well absorbed by your body and a good antioxidant supplement to help boost your immune system.

Have you been tested for diabetes? I often get this type of result back. Usually it's a urinary infection, which even little kids can get, so don't worry. Has your doc asked for a second sample and put you on a course of anti biotics? These usually clear any infection up. Good luck

Didn't your Doctor give you an explanation? If not, and you're not still waiting for further tests and/or test results, then you should be changing your Doctor. People here can give general guesses but they don't know your medical history and your current medical situation. Go back to your Doctor and ask for some explanations. Good luck.

You most likely have urinary tract infection, even if you do not have any symptoms of it. It could be an early or low grade infection. Discuss your fears with you doctor.

Your doctor should have told you what is going on. If he won't tell you what is going on and how he is going to treat it you need to switch to another doctor immediately. This is nothing to fool areound with, so take care of it as soon as you possiby can.

Sounds like an infection, or disease, probably in your bladder or kidneys. Your doctor will let you know.
