I minored in Chemical Addictions Counseling in college (just graduated in December) and I don't ever remember learning about hydrogen peroxide as an inhalant. I did a quick internet search and didn't find anything pertaining to that either.

I am in Law Enforcement and haven't heard of that. There isn't anything that could make them high. If it was Rubbing Alcohol I would say yes. Could it be that they are lighting their hair. Or maybe cleaning out their ears or a cut? Why are you thinking getting high?

I heard of it being used on body hair to lighten it up. Did they have a cut or something and use it on that. Also you can use it on your teeth to help whiten them. Hope all is well.

most likly they are so just talk to them about it but if they say no act like yur getting out of the subject and ask yur doctor if that is possible to use to get high

I havent heard of that... Maybe they are bleaching their hairs... thats what its usually used for by kids.
