You should drink only water while cramping to help relieve them - and if you stop drinking cow's milk and diet coke you can reduce the cramps in the first place.
Peace!

You should not drink anything that is a diuretic, like caffeine (Diet Coke) or alcohol. You need to keep your body replenished with plenty of plain water to keep from being dehydrated, which will lead to the muscles cramping from the increased estrogen in your bloodstream.

Diet Coke or any carbonated drink, as it causes bloating & gas. If you are lactose intolerant, the milk will make matters worse also. Drink your favorite hot tea blend. Have you tryed Earl Gray's tea? I believe that's the tea my friend drink when experiencing stomach distress.

Avoid any cold or iced drinks.
Hot/warm drinks are usually recommended.
EDIT:
I don't drink coke and stuff so I wouldn't know much about that and I'm lactose intolerant and can't drink milk so I can't say anything about that either.

I've never had any problems with milk, but the soda should go. Sodas are never a good thing.
