I totally understand that the IRS do as they wish now. If anyone hears anything please post it!! I am getting married in 2 weeks and was DEPENDING on this money so Im sorry if im being a little too questiony. Now has anyone else took up drinking due to the IRS? Or is it just me?

LOL -- My husband is a CPA. His firm charges a great deal of money to get people OUT of trouble with them. If it weren't for the IRS we couldn't afford to drink.

Nope, not me. I learned a LONG time ago to not make any firm plans based upon something expected from the IRS.

If this is threatening to ruin your wedding day, go ahead with a small ceremony with family only and move the reception out until after you get the refund check.

Unless you can learn to be flexible with life, it will always frustrate you. Change what you can and lear to live with and work around the things that you cannot change.
