Whitish film on lips....?

For the last 2 weeks I've been taking Avelox 400 qd x 14 days and I noticed that I had dry lips and a whitish film on my lower lip of the mouth. I checked my mouth for thrush but I have none in my oral cavity. Does anyone know what this is?

some type of regurge from the stomach due to this medication.
