I am looking for advice from protestant ministers. I am considering joining the military under the chaplain candidate program. I am looking for any advice or insight.

Thanks.

I'm not a minister, but remember if you go into the military you will be involved in war and various other disasters. You will be expected to follow Military discipline and meet the standards. Make sure that this is what you really want to do.

I'm not a minister, but I would like to say that as a serviceman the chaplains are a great asset to our military. I would encourage you to do it.
