is sneezing embarrassing if you have a loud one?

i sure do, and i want a soft one! how can i do it?

My sneeze is SO loud! I swear it rattles windows and sets off car alarms. LOL. It is totally embarrassing - especially when you're somewhere that's quiet. :-(
Unfortunately, you really cannot make it softer. Everyone sneezes differently. It is not healthy to stifle it, so I guess we just have to let it out!
