At work, I almost constantly have a headache. It kind of feels like a sinsus headache. My eyes hurt, too.

If I apply pressure to my neck or certain part of my face, the pain is temporarily aliviated.

It's only at work. As soon as I leave the building, it's gone...

I do office work. (and sit all day). I love my job.

Any logical explination for this?

It could be several things. You didn't mention what type of building you work in. Do you soley work in an office, perhaps you have and older computer. Sometimes pollutents in the air contribute to the headache. You may need glasses or you just may have very poor posture. I would see a doctor perhaps or an eye doctor to rule out any other causes.

It could be related the position you sit in all day, eyes looking at papers all day, looking at a computer all day, dry stale air from the office, the cleaners they use to clean the office with. There are so many possible causes for this.
