What are the pro's and con's about Coffee...

I'm also on the atkins diet.

Caffeine suppresses appetite, I guess that's a plus if you are trying to eat less

Yeah, I tried that diet. It works and you can eat all you want. Coffee? Without my coffee in the morning I'm in a baaaaaad mood all day long unless I drink some booze. I've been on the drinking man's diet too. It also works. lol. It was coffee for me this morning. No diets and no booze today. My mood's OK.

no coffee is not good for you; what it does is speed up your heart, raise your blood pressure, make your teeth very yellow and makes your breath very stink.
