Unless you live in a city/state/country where public interracial displays put you in danger, you "go about" it just the same way you go about dating someone within your race. Well, I suppose if you're trying to date someone from a foreign country who doesn't speak your language, it's more difficult, but why would you deliberately do that?

I would date outside my race, the same way I dated inside my race. I would not try to hide anything.
