if you are addicted then you will have to much and that is bad, you will have the coffee crash, it can aggravate certain health ailments, can make you jittery, raise your blood pressure and give you insomnia!!!

that being said I am a coffee lover and I manage to have a cup or two a day (usually decaf/caf blend).
So caffeine is bad in certain situations but not all of the times it can be beneficial according to some medical news.
There is yerba mate which is a more beneficial form of caffeine and will not give you alot of the negative side effects.

Who said it's bad? Too much of anything is bad but caffiene by itself is not harmful to the body.

Too much caffiene can be too stimulating and can interfere with some medications.Especially in young children.They have enough energy without any help.
