Sounds like it was written for idots, I'd say do what you feel comfortable with. If you have sex and it's not good enough or doesn't have potential, why date them again?

Don't give him/her a "rim" job (whatever that means) on the 1st date either.What will they say about you as person plus if you do everything so fast at first it can get really boring really fast.

First date and sex? Well if you want every STD and aids.... then go ahead.
I think you should wait for marriage to engage in procreation activities. It would solve LOTS of problems--
