Milk, off course, yogurt (better), cottage cheese (even better still), other cheeses (such as Munster, mozzarella, etc).

On the green side: kale or collar greens, followed by broccoli.

On the fruit side, water-melon (quite a surprise isn't it?, but it is true, water-melon is loaded with Calcium).

If you eat at least one or two of the above you will get a high Calcium lunch.

It's a lunch with lots of calcium in it.
