I used to be really healthy, but last year I suddenly got acne on my face and back and I gained 10 kgs. I managed to lose the weight by changing my diet to a healthier one, I became a vegetarian. I also stopped eating chocolate and greasy food because of acne.
I have had sharp šain in my stomach and areas around heart lately and that occurs after almost every cooked meal I eat, it could be something very plain like pasta, but the reaction is still the same. I can`t even eat onions anymore, that almost killed me not so long ago. A few years ago I could eat whatever I wanted.
I have been very stressed lately, absolutely everything causes stress and sweating. Do you think it could be stress?
I am in a lot of pain this moment and I don`t know what to do, there is a box of flu pills near me and I just wihs to swallow a few now, I know I shouldn`t but the pain is huge.
Any advice?

How about going to see your doc to find out if you have something like GERD. What you describe is not a food allergy. A food allergy causes hives, itching , throat swelling shut, eyes swelling shut etc. What you have described sound like GERD. See your doc about getting this checked out and treated. You can also try Prilosec OTC that you can get in an drug area of your store or Pepcid AC aka famotidine, Zantac aka ranitidine or tagement aka cimetidine. There is also Mylanta, maalox and a host of other products to try too. Your safest bet is to see the doc first though.

I had terrible allergy of just about anything the month I was graduating from college. Stress doesn't cause it, but it can trigger allergic reactions. The long term solution is to eliminate what stress you out. In the meantime, try to take a Claritin and relax.

You can also go to the doctor to get a skin test. They can test about 300 most common allergens and let you know what to avoid. Cost about $100-150.

I didn't bother because the doctor said even with the test, you might not find it. After a while I realized it's Dust! And I only have the symptoms when I don't get enough sleep.

I'm also concern that you sound like you're having a panic attack! You should see the doctor!

Good luck. Get well soon!

Often multiple food allergies are caused by a systemic Candida Albicans infection. Candida is a common minor vaginal infection, and pretty harmless there, but if it moves into the intestines and bloodstream it can cause the kind of symptoms you describe. It's called Candidaisis.
Another possibility is that it is not allergies but Irritable Bowel Syndrome. People with IBS can be sensitive to certain foods.
Stress will make any illness worse, and everybody's body reacts differently to stress. So this could be a factor.

Ow!

You might try gluten-free products. One of the people on one of my other forums mentioned that a gluten-free died has helped control some of the pain she had been experiencing.

Other than that, I suggest you work with a doctor to find out what's really going on.

Good luck!
