you could have an iron deficiency - see an internal medicine specialist or your family doctor. they will do bloodwork to determine what is wrong. until then take a multivitamin every day. I had the same problem not too long ago. I was very tired, had headaches, and couldnt concentrate. they did bloodwork and found that i was anemic (low iron) now i take a multivitamin and take iron supplements (feosol) and i've been feeling a lot better.

even though you say you're getting more than 6 hours of sleep a day, it may be that you are suffering from a little sleep deprivation. I suffer the same symptoms when I don't get as much sleep as I need. Try adding a few hours more per week to your sleep total and if this doesn't help I would go to my primary physician who can treat the problem or send you to someone who can.

Because your symptoms are so vague no one can really answer your question without more information. I would just go to your primary health care physician for a checkup. Blood work is probably the best way to determine if there is anything wrong with your body. If your blood work comes back normal and you still have symptoms you should be very persistent with your doctor and make sure you find out what is wrong.

You could have vertigo...which isn't serious.

You could also have something you don't want to waste time getting to a doctor about.

Fluid behind the inner ear, iron deficiency, low or high blood pressure, hypogycemia, arachniform tumor....there's quite a few things that can give you dizziness.

Please go see your primary care physician and he can refer you to the proper specialists and write the orders for diagnostic tests.

It could be any number of things from your blood pressure to a sinus infection to a sleep disorder. Nobody here can tell you what's wrong or really even what type of doctor to see. Start with your family doctor. If you need a specialist, your family doctor can advise you.

If you go to a good doc, he will refer you for tests. This could be the beginning of something serious. Don't ignore it!

Go to your regular physician. Tell him your symptoms, and he should know what to do. You may need a CT or MRI.. it could be physical.. not mental..
