I am thinking of doing a distance learning course on Nutritional Therapy (for self interest) but before parting with money want to read a good book to make sure I am going in the right direction. I am particularly interested in healing through food. Foods to avoid for certain conditions, i.e. dairy is mucous forming etc.

Two books that really changed my view of food & helped me adjust my diet were The china study & The pH Miracle both can be found on Amazon...:o)
