yes...
Drink alot I mean alot of ice cold water, your core body temp is 98.6 and when you drink water cold water internally your body must do a "mini" exercise to fight to get to core body temp.
The only real exercise you will be doing is lifting your wrist and peeing mad! Fat is flushed via the urine This is the ONLY way fat is elimated from your body trust me!
Also to get rid of your beer belly try sucking in your stomach as hard as you can. This is called an isometric do it everytime you think of your "gut" within weeks inches will melt off!
Lastly and you might be embarressed but its womans deepest secrects and you can do it at night and NO one will know take your measurements...Go to a highend dept store and get a girdle no BS.
Tell the saleswoman you are hear to pick up a body shaper for your grannie and she is going to a wedding but she is sick and sent you ahead, she is large and too embarressed pratically your size and ask the sales woman for her help...
Youll look like a sweet grandson helping old grannie yet you will be helping you....Sleep with this body shaper its the same principle as the isometric but works faster trust me...
Most plastic surgens recommend this after "tummy" tucks and it will actually help you with back achces too!
I do hope you take myadvice
I went from 330 pounds to 160 and look fine and beauti8ful good luck!

You need to burn fat in all your body, spot reduction does not happen. To do that you need a more cardio; either time or intensity. Try walking a bit faster (or speed walk), to raise your heart rate and metabolism.
Avoid fatty foods and sugar. A flat stomach is more about what you eat and drink than anything else, but you need to lose the excess fat, so you need to intake less fat and burn more while exercising.

Belly weight can be the most stubborn, and for some reason beer drinking seems to go straight to the belly (hence "beer belly"). All you can do to get rid of it is to exercise to lose total body fat.

Stand with your feet together, and hands on your hips. Staring straight ahead, bend your right knee and keeping the knee bent, bring the knee as far to your upper body as you , then lower your right leg and do the same with the left. Do this slowly at first then build up speed when you're able to touch your nose with your knee. You MUST keep your upper body straight at all times. This excercise will squash that flab until it's gone. I recommend you start with 10 on each leg first and then increase one a day. Phew

You need to spice up your work out routine and look into doing some other exercises that work your core. Things like yoga, Pilate's, and a variety of cruches on those exercises balls or with medicine balls and resistance might help you get there.
Your best bet would be too book a one on one with a trainer at your gym who can walk you through some of the best exercises to flatten that tum of yours.
Best of luck!

byu a "torso tiger" or "torso track" or whatever the other names of them are. It works 10 times better than sit ups.
Also, stop drinking alcohol altogether for a while. (Not very realistic, I wouldnt do that either lol)
