Judging from your question, it seems that your English is pretty good.
If you have a basic understanding of English, you just need to continue to communicate with English speaking people.

your citizenship is not an obstacle to learn English, every person in the world would learn English. English skill will be develop just by practicing.

You should make friends that can speak English and try to converse with them! You can also read books in English, watch English television, go to English learning classes lo shee hakith!
