You dont have to cook anything, you can just get some crackers and cheese, if its hot tea. If its cold tea, you can just get some burgers or something. You dont have to go all out for tea. Well, it depends on what the occasion is. If its like a "get to know my boss" dinner then, you want to go with salad and pasta. If its just a get together, you can cook some chicken, burgers, or nachos. I hope I helped you out!

Try Monkfish cut into thin strips, half a level teaspoon of ginger, thin strips of leek, half a small onion chopped finely. Fry the onion, ginger and leek gently in olive oil (tablespoon) for 3 min's then add the fish and stir fry until it's white and quite firm to the touch, season with a little salt and pepper. Plate up and pour the sauce from the frying pan over the fish and serve with fresh asparagus and chunky bread.

Treat yourself, get yourself a take away. I cook tea for the family every night. Sometimes you just have to have a night off.

Chilli con carne with rice. Bangers and Mash. curry and rice. New York Pork. Trim some pork chops or buy the loin steaks. Mix some sage and onion stuffing with boiling water. Spread stuffing evenly over the chops and cook in the oven on a medium setting in the centre of the oven. Enjoy this with mash and veg or new potatoes and veg.

fry some chicken, pork or whatever meat/fish you fancy in a bit of olive oil, add rice (but dont rinse it) and fry until all rice coated in the oil, then add some stock (veg or meat) bit of wine if you like, and cook on moderate heat until rice cooked and all liquid is absorbed. Serve with a bit of salad and there you have it a lovely easy, filling satisfying one-pot risotto.

I quite fancy tuna casserole. I usually make spag bol if I want a 'treat' sort of dinner that's low on effort.

You can always go to the local Chinese takeaway? I'll have special fried rice.
