not the rice... maybe you should choose SASHIMI??? It's way better choice to choose in Japanese restaurant...

To answer your question specifically, the cuts of fish most commonly used in sushi are some of the leans forms of protein you can have.

And, in my humble opinion, I think sushi rolls *can* be the perfect balance of proteins and carbs for a meal.

I also read in my Men's Health magazine that having Suishi for lunch tends to make people feel fuller longer, and snack less between lunch and dinner.

Absolutely. Sushi is made of fish. And fish is high in protein. Plus, low fat.
