Which is the most affordable new single engine available in the market?

It depends on if you're talking about certified aircraft or experimental. The most affordable certified aircraft to buy new are the Cessna 172R, and Cirrus SRV, and the Diamond DA20. If you are wanting to build a kit, there are so many options. A decent single engine 4-cylinder model can be built for around $40K. You can build ultralights or sport aircraft much cheaper, but there are severe performance, range, and load limitations.
