Hello,

You can register for the Philly Marathon almost up until race day (November). It's a great race! I've run it three times and it's my favorite marathon. It's at a great time when the weather is nice and cool and it's a fairly flat course (that little hill in Manayunk at 20 miles isn't real fun...but it's still a rather flat & enjoyable course).

If this is your first marathon, see the links below for tips, training plans, and other advice. It's really a great time...sign up early and that way you'll stay comitted to the the training. Best of luck & see you out there!

Isn't this race in November? Early registration may save you $10-15, but make real certain that you are totally committed to running this distance before you consider an early registration. I' seriously doubt this will "sell out" until August as it's not quite as prestigious as the NYC or Chicago marathons.

According to their website, registration OPENS on April 1st. So you have plenty of time.
