southbeach diet, however i think of it as a lifestyle change rather than a diet. i eat 5 times daily. tons of veggies and lots of water. i drink somewhere around 3liters of water daily. cool to cold water because it gives you that full feelin. i'm pretty much never hungry, and if i were startin to feel hungry it's only because it's close to my eatin time. i've lost 23lbs in two months. i work out mon-fri to a dvd called slim in 6. sat and sun i try to do simple things around the house that'll keep me movin. been workin so far. when i'm done with the video i'm gonna change my workout so i can continue the weight loss. hope that was helpful. best of luck to you~!

Yes. When I did South Beach/Atkins diet. It was hard to the first two weeks because I'm a carb lover. But I was full. I also made sure to have cut up veggies in the fridge ready to be eaten. Along with hard boiled eggs. Helped alot when I came home starving!!

Yes, after the first 3 days of a low carb diet (no simple carbs) diet. The first 3 days are cravings from withdrawal of the simple carbs. After that I am not very hungry. I still eat high fiber carbs in moderation.

yeah, I went on a soup diet ...any vegetable soup will do
ate all I wanted for lunch had green tea with honey to drink
Ate a cup of soup before eating dinner
Ate what I wanted except no bread, potatoes, pasta,
Green tea w/honey and a bowl of fresh fruit salad mixed with vanilla cool whip for desert
lost 20 lbs sense christmas

eat lots of high fiber foods and this will happen
fiber fills you up and if you eat enough of it it will actually "rob" some calories from being digested into energy because it is so full of bulk
coffee also stumps the appetite...

yes, eating lots of protein and veggies! It really fills you up and if you eat the right type of protein (like egg whites) and veggies (like carrots, celery) you will lose sooo much weight! Good luck!
