Someone told me that mineral oil is good when you have problems with your stomach but the bottle I see on the pharmacy of mineral oil says it is for wood, cleaning wood, etc. Is there a differnt kind of mineral oil?

Like anything else I guess too much would not be good for you. However, my Mother used it as a laxative on us kids. I'm now 59 and it doesn't seem to have hurt me. In addition I have two siblings about 10 years younger and both of them are OK except the female is RED BRICK stupid. I don't believe the mineral oil had anything to do with that.

Mineral oil is used as a laxative, used to help bring on contractions, used as good lubricating oil, cleaning wood. The only problem is that even though it is tasteless and odorless it is really thick so it still makes you want to puke.
