Vitamin K is found in a lot of green leafy vegetables such as spinach, lettuce, broccoli, cabbage, peas, kale, brussel sprouts, soybeans, cauliflower, green beans.
Its also found in strrawberries, potatoes, milk , and carrot and certain oils like Olive( but in small dosage)
Best way to get Vitamin K is to stock up on those greens!
Also because Vitamin K is fat soluble, it stores the vitamin in your body when you don't have it so its not as though you need to eat it in abundance. Vitamin K defeciency is rare but is needed a lot for newborns as well.
