Fish has Omega oils that do wonders for the brain, esp. memory. Blueberries are also SPECTACULAR foods for the brain, I don't recommend eating them together (UGH) . B vitamins also help all other nutrients to work to their fullest advantage. While there is no 'fast cure' to improve your memory; eating right foods and mentally challenging your brain (crosswords, Brain Age, etc); will help both your short term and long term memory, given that there is no medical reason for poor memory. Good luck and God bless

A balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables that are high in antioxidants, as well as drinking a lot of water can improve memory. It is also very important to get plenty of sleep and have a normal sleep schedule.
