From the resources I've read, sex addicts engage in behavior that is destructive to their families, work, finances, etc.

I don't pay for sex, when I'm in a relationship, I never cheat, but, I am constantly feeling frisky. Am I a sex addict, or do I just have a high libido? Any advice on lowering my libido without affecting testosterone levels negatively?

Or, should I just log onto my favorite site, and take care of it a couple times a day like I have been.

I wouldn't consider you a sex addict. You aren't doing things that are destructive to you family, work, finances. Sex addicts cannot be faithful, so if you are faithful, you don't have anything to worry about. I'm not sure what you can do about your overative libido prob. Maybe go to the doctor and find out.

If you are not harming a lot of people, eventually you will be. I am not going to judge you or assume that you are an addict but you sure sound like you have some of the symptoms. I will list a good boook for you to read if you are serious about changing. I have been through this with more than one man in my life. It is very life altering. I encourage you to get some help and at least to be completely honest with your partners so they know what they have gotten themselves into dating you.
